In todayâs generation fast food has quickly adopted by most of the people as their preferable food, as it is quickly made and also testy easily get on the street. But good health depends on several thing healthy food, balanced diet, and water. There are several advantages of eating balanced diet because itâs consists main nutrients which are proteins, carbohydrates, minerals, fats, vitamins where fast food is unhygienic for our health.
We should include the green vegetables and fruits or salad in our meal because vegetable and fruits are the main source of vital nutrients and it helps our digestive system. In our working days we generally skip our breakfast and done our lunch with burger, pizza, or cakes but healthy life wants a solid breakfast, no matter if you do not have lunch.
Eating healthy helps your immune system, it can fight against some disease. Boiled and baked foods beneficial for our health, too much deep fried or oily food is the cause of high cholesterol in our body which is harmful. People immediately have to stop drinking soft drinks as it has some harmful chemicals that affect our body slowly, and increase our weight more than normal.
